Why do Walnut Shells make the best hot socks?
Heating Method:
Heat up Sock 2 mins (1.5mins for small sock) in microwave WITH a cup of water next to it to avoid burning and possible combustion. The water gets hot so make a Coffee or Tea with it and relax with your Heat Pack.
N.B. A smaller cup of water produces a hotter Sock. The water attracts the main heat and protects the walnuts from burning.
